Chambre non nettoyée à l’arrivée et 1 lit cassé. Une autre chambre a pu nous être attribuée.
Literie très inconfortable.

Je viens de passer le week-end dans cet établissement… je suis partagée car les chambres sont très bien. Cependant un accueil compliqué pour un hôtel le personnel ne parle pas anglais pour mes amis.
De plus, ce matin j’arrive au petit déjeuné à 8h50 il n’y a déjà plus de fromage il reste seulement 2 œufs c’est vraiment dommage de payer pour une prestation de ne pas avoir son dû.
Mes amis sont arrivés ensuite il n’y a plus de croissant plus de lait … alors que l’horaire de fin du petit déjeuner est 10h ….
Dommage.

Bel hôtel, chambre agréable, accueil sympathique. Petit bémol parking à 5€.

I stayed here because I got stranded on my holiday and had to wait for my motorcycle to be repaired. The room was fine. I slept well and I liked having a bath. I do think the place can be noisy, but I believe there weren't many other guests.

The next day I had breakfast, which was OK, but I don't think it's worth €9,50. There wasn't much choice and there was no bread (and no staff around).

While all this isn't so bad and the staff was friendly in general, I'm very disappointed with their service with regard to my situation. In the morning, I booked (and paid for) another night, because I didn't know how long it would take for my bike to repaired and because I needed space for my stuff. But in the beginning of the afternoon, I got the message that my bike would be repaired that afternoon. Because I didn't use the room the entire period, I wanted to ask a (partial) refund.
Because the reception was closed, I tried to call (no answer) and therefore left a note at the desk and sent an email when I left. Some e-mails were exchanged and they denied me a refund, even partial. This was a disappointment, but I understand I did book the room and maybe I could've handled it better (ask to store my stuff and wait what happens that day, before booking the extra night). The crazy part is that they didn't even want to refund the breakfast that I also paid for and obviously didn't have. That's just thievery, I have no other word for it. They only offered me a free breakfast on my next visit, which is a joke.

Une nuit en famille dans l'hôtel. Très bien au pour l'espace, la propreté et le confort. Un peu moins au niveau de l'insonorisation !

Nous avons passer une belle nuit dans cet hôtel,nôtre chambre était très propre, salle de bain et sanitaire également. L'hôtel a son charme de son histoire donc niveau déco c'est normal.Merci a Henri pour son bel accueil et nous ajoutons que pour un 2 étoiles c'est au top! Prix très correcte!

Auf unserer diesjährigen Radreise entlang der Mosel mussten wir der Tour de France ausweichen und radelten daher die Moselschleife direkt nach Toul. Wir übernachteten hier in diesem älteren Hotel. Die Zimmer waren klein und spartanisch eingerichtet. Das Einzelzimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster man blickte aber direkt auf die Mauer des Nachbarhauses. Desweiteren roch es sehr modrig. Das Doppelzimmer im Dachgeschoß hatte keine Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück war französisch einfach.
Ein zweites Mal werden wir dort nicht übernachten.

Réveillé par des bruits de plomberie juste à côté de la tete de lit, pas de climatisation avec des chambres sous les combles.
Une salle de bain un peu « à l’ancienne », et un débit super faible. Bref pas la meilleure expérience.

Sehr nette Leute zentral gelegen alles in allem ein sehr schönes Zimmer

Accueil très sympathique et chaleureux-intérieur agréable avec une déco personnelle - bon petit déjeuner et parking privé très bonne situation géographique seul petit bémol : les chambres aux 2ème étage sans ascenseur....
