The hotel is very well situated, very close to the place Stanislas. The parking behind the hotel is convenient, but it may need a little new paint. Especially, the stairs between the first and ground floors were quite worn. The reception is very friendly and efficient. We got upgraded to the luxury rooms on the third floor. The room was spacious, the double doors and double windows provided a good sound isolation, and the bed was comfortable. However, the air-conditioning had a very foul smell of rot and mold to it. So we were forced to turn off the air-conditioning, open the windows wide and live with the noise, heat, and mosquitos of a summer night. The air-conditioning is really in urgent need of a decontamination.

Vriendelijk personeel. Spreken wel slecht engels, maar ja, ik spreek geen frans. Kamers zijn schoon. Ze hadden wel wat moeite met het oplossen van ons wiebel bed. Parkeren vergt wat manouvreerwerk, maar de auto en fietsendrager pasten er in. Hotel ligt op 2 minuten wandelen van het centrale plein

Très bon séjour dans l’ensemble.
???? Accueil et service impeccables, personnel très agréable.
???? Excellent emplacement, à deux pas de la place Stanislas.
????️ Buffet du petit-déjeuner parfait, varié et de qualité.
????️ Chambre un peu petite, mais propre et fonctionnelle.
???? Parking pratique mais très étroit, à noter si vous avez un grand véhicule.

Une bonne adresse à retenir pour un séjour à Nancy

We enjoyed the location of the hotel. Appreciated the onsite parking option. The breakfast was delicious! The rooms were a little warm given the heat of the days and minimal air conditioning.

Séjour d une nuit en chambre privilège . Rien à redire tout a été parfait . La chambre spacieuse et propre . Acceuil du personnel à l entrée comme à la sortie très agréable et souriant .
