Le sauté de bœuf était cuisiné avec une viande élastique, grasse et trop ou pas cuit.
Le personnel apparemment ne sait ce qu'est du filet, changez de métier

Small, modern restaurant with extraordinary food. The grilled bone marrow was exquisite. The filet mignon with mushroom risotto had a variety of interesting textures and intense tastes. The pistachio tartlet with orange blossom ganache was light and not too sweet. Next time, I'd want to order a full size grandmother's brioche with caramel sauce.
Service was very helpful and friendly, they also have an English menu.
