Totally different than anything we’ve had in a month; a chunk of crispy salmon, no sauce, perfectly grilled, with beautiful lentils and grilled potatoes. Focus here was the cut of fish and grill rather than any sauces. It was melt in your mouth cooked. Perfection. We almost ordered a third piece. Amazing.
