HÔTEL MAR I SOL ^{* *}

Enchantée par ce séjour de 5 jours dans cet hôtel- restaurant : rapport qualité-prix très satisfaisant.
Hôtel vraiment à la hauteur de la publicité qu'il fait.
J'ai beaucoup apprécié la nourriture.
L'endroit est reposant , propre, à proximité de la mer.
Le personnel est professionnel, mais aussi sympathique.

Très agréablement surprise par cette hôtel 2 étoiles.La proximité avec la plage , le parking, la chambre impeccable rien à redire et un personnel très agréable. Je recommande vivement . Nous y retournerons dès que nous serons de passage à Saint Cyprien

Hôtel idéalement situé. Face à la plage. Proche de petits commerces et des bus ou cars. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est très propre. Toute l'équipe est au top. Petit déjeuner salé et sucré, avec un très large choix. L'hôtel fait également restaurant.

3 couples checked in for 3 nights with breakfast One of the couples had been before Firstly we were not given the rooms our friends had booked & which they had previously had before All the reception would say is that it was already occupied |Adequate rooms balconies on the side of the hotel not on the front facing the sea ! Very strange|Got back from dinner locally to find we had no power in our room Had to find the manager who said another bedroom had tripped out some of the bedrooms but no real explanation ? | The first morning the balcony was covered in pigeon poo & my towels I politely asked the hotel manager if it would be possible to get it cleaned & he went mad saying that look where we are next to the beach what did I expect!!!| I said that we should be told when we checked in that pigeons are getting onto the air con units outside on the balcony & we shouldn't put any of our clothes towels etc oit there He was shouting & stormed off in a huff ( all of this in French ) Totally unacceptable for a hotel owner / manager .|I spoke to a cleaner who said they have a lot of problems with pigeons and are addressing it in most bedrooms by encasing the aircon units with a grill to stop them sitting on there but not all balconies have them yet!!! |I cannot believe the management can talk to a hotel guest in that way Had we not already paid for the 3 nights I would have left the hotel & gone somewhere else |The breakfast is very poor mass produced mini croissants choc au pain etc I asked for gluten free bread but they only had awful seeded crackers which were not good at all Coffee good |I think because it was a bank holiday weekend they couldn't cope ? |The quilted sheets & pillows were fabulous but I ( we) won't be going back !!!!
