|My wife and I rented an apartment for a week. Received an upgrade for a larger room so am thankful for that and the great look out onto the golf course. Unfortunately that is where it stops. Our electrical sockets blew on Wednesday. The person on duty came and gave us keys to another nearby apartment to use the plugs and refrigerator. An electrician came around on Thursday and we had to wait around all morning while he fiddled to no avail and said another company would come on Friday to fix the problem. We were not happy and were told we could move to the other apartment. Again this was not satisfactory as the deposit is €300 and the reviews we read showed that they are extremely pedantic on checking after you move out. This would mean 2 apartments being checked and double the chance of not getting our deposit back! We decided to leave and were told that they had contacted "customer care". (Not true as when I later pressed for details I was given excuses like "I don't know the number" I don't have their email address,"|To date, 2 weeks later I have not been contacted by anyone from La Grange. |Furthermore,the block is very poorly designed and if a safety check was carried out at night. It would be closed until the dangers are rectified. (Passage lights are not automatic and it is pitch black at night. I nearly fell into one of their sunken gardens whilst stumbling around looking for a light switch.

Il est vrai que la résidence a vieilli, mais nous avons eu un appartement convenable pour une semaine de vacances. C'est la région qui nous intéressait. Et la vue sur le golf était très agréable. Mon petit chien a été ravi de l'espace autour du logement. A ce sujet si les propriètaires d'animaux pouvaient ramasser les déjections, car un jour nous perdrons le droit de venir avec eux! les personnes qui s'occupent de la résidence sont très bien. Nous y retournerons! En ce qui concerne la wifi, je l'avais dans l'appartement et gratuitement avec le pass, il suffit de savoir le faire...

Location d une semaine, bien situé mais logement moyen mal chauffé 2 lits avec un drap à 16e...et une dame limite déplacée se prenant pour une directrice, pour l état des lieux final en reprochant des traces sur les miroirs de salle de bain et détails alors que tout était propre ! À éviter cette personne et ce lieu... Merci
