DONT STAY HERE. Dirty sheets, no bar fridge, stinky rooms, bad "refurbishment" job. no coffee machines, the building it terrible. and we aparently booked the best room. it's one of the worst hotels who falsely advertise on thier advertisements.

Passage catastrophique de 2 nuits début avril 2025 dans cet hôtel annoncé "de charme".|Hôtel fermé à notre arrivée (personne ne répond, ni à la sonnette, ni au téléphone).|Et en plus un KFC juste à côté !|Pb d'entretien et même d'hygiène : serviette sale non changée, petit-déjeuner bas de gamme et surtout non débarassé plusieurs heures après, et la cerise sur le gâteau : présence d'un ver d'égoût de 20 cm dans les WC de la chambre le dernier jour !|Et une réception presque tjrs déserte, même au moment du check-out ...|Conclusion : 1 étoile seulement, pour l'emplacement très central à Perpignan, mais cela ne suffit vraiment pas ! Une grande déception !

Stayed just 1 night while visiting for the Rugby League, I understand the owners are relatively new to owning the property and slowly making improvements from its previous ownership. The decor of the reception area and eating area is very nice, quite modern with French flair. The young guy who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly, but seemed flustered. Maybe that was our fault in part.
I can't speak for every room, I presume some will have already been renovated, however the room we stayed in was very dated, with just new curtains and a small fridge, and a much needed fitted aircon unit. I'm not sure the room had been hoovered, the bed was comfy with a thick matress protector but I felt like the matress probably needs replacing. The bathroom tiles were very dated and again, cleaning must have been done very quickly as the corners were filthy, including cigarette ash remaining, despite no smoking in the rooms. There was also no toilet paper until we asked for some!
Breakfast was included, purely continental with a yoghurt (small pot, whatever flavour you get given, no choice) a large carafe of fresh orange, a basket of different white sliced bread delivered to your table and a croissant each. The butter is cheap and awful plastic tub spread type, and a bowl of strawberry jam. You can make your own coffee and toast with a kettle, a small barista machine and a 2 slice toaster in the breakfast room.
I paid £95 for 1 night with breakfast and I think it may be too much for what we experienced.
The plus points are, it's close to everything you need, a mini supermarket, restaurants and bars, buses trains and car parks.

I will give it a 1. Disgusting room. |Dirty. Avoid at all costs. |We were visiting to watch our son play Rugby v Catalan Dragons. |Was given room and told them unacceptable |Would like refund. They have refused to refund. Disgusting attitude. |We had to book another apartment. |Currently taking legal action against booking con for a refund.
