Séjour globalement agréable.
L’accueil a été très bon et j’ai apprécié l’arrivée dans une chambre spacieuse, avec une boisson fraîche et un soft offerts dans le frigo un + toujours appréciable.
J’ai aussi beaucoup aimé la petite attention avec le tote bag et l’éventail, très sympa et utile.
Mention spéciale à la femme de chambre, souriante et très pro.
Petit bémol, le petit déj un peu moyen à mon goût.
Un bon séjour dans l’ensemble, même si je n’y retournerai sans doute pas.

Hôtel très bien situé, à quelques minutes du cœur historique. Chambre confortable et bien équipée. Parking en supplément à deux pas de l’hôtel.

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable, clean, and well worth the money the stay was. The reception was efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The 'self-catering' area / facilities were adequate.

This is a mixed bag of a hotel that basically doesn't come up to the standards you expect from an Accor hotel of Novotel grade. When we booked on the accor website we chose a superior suite which guaranteed a high floor. What we got was a 1st floor room overlooking a small weeded wasteland with windows which were locked. |The room was bright and spacious and most things worked. I was heading for a bath but realised there was no bath plug. I dressed and went down to reception and was given a plug under the pretext of ecology. Hotels of this type are overplaying the eco card....paper cups etc. Which is all about saving money and not the planet.|The breakfast was just OK with various items running out and a lack of staff. Our check in team were friendly and helpful but the woman on check out was grumpy and uncommunicative. |Parking at the Q park nearby gets a reduction in rate but is still expensive. |This is a hotel that could be better if a bit of money is spent and effort put in.

Great location, free parking nearby over the weekend, fantastic soap and body lotion. Very friendly personnel!!! The breakfast looked yummy even though we didn't take advantage of it, at reasonable price too. Very quiet rooms, all perfect.

very good room. centre of town. need to pay to park car. first day we had an issue with the lift it was being repaired. we had to go in via IBIS hotel. later it was fixed and fine.

Accueil agréable même si la chambre n'était pas prête à 14h10. On m'a offert un café pour me faire patienter. La suite est au 6ième étage. Bien aménagé et silencieuse (2 fenêtres à double vitrage).
Point négatif : sur 2 jours, le pdj a été envahi par un groupe de jeunes gens. Difficile de se restaurer malgré l'effort de l'équipe pour réapprovisionner le buffet. Beaucoup de bruit et pas de place pour s'assoir. La cohabitation se fait au détriment des clients seuls. Pour moi, c'est rédhibitoire.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean we had a lovely view of the mountains and a bit of the theatre. The breakfast choice was great felt so full afterwards. I have been coming to this hotel every year since 2008 and I will continue to do so. At present there are works going on next door but this did not effect us as we were there on a Saturday to Sunday night, it did effect us on our first stay but only until 5pm then the noise stopped.

Le 23 mai dernier, j’étais initialement prévu à l’Ibis, mais j’ai eu la chance d’être surclassée au Novotel de Perpignan. C’était un déplacement mixte, à la fois pour le travail et un peu pour moi, et je suis vraiment ravie de cette expérience.

Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été agréablement surprise : le personnel était très sympathique et attentif, ce qui donne tout de suite une impression de convivialité. La chambre dans laquelle j’ai séjourné était spacieuse, très lumineuse et d’une ambiance zen qui invite vraiment à la détente. La décoration est superbe, presque méditative : une lumière douce, un canapé moderne ultra-confortable, et même un micro-ondes discret, parfait pour réchauffer un encas entre deux rendez-vous professionnels. La salle de bain, ouverte sur la chambre, ne m’a pas posé de problème car les toilettes sont bel et bien séparées, ce qui préserve l’intimité.

En tant qu’habituée du Mercure, je peux dire que ce Novotel est clairement au-dessus : la literie est d’excellente qualité, on dort comme sur un nuage après une longue journée de travail ou de visites. Le seul petit regret concerne le petit-déjeuner : j’aurais aimé y trouver un peu plus de choix, surtout côté salé , mais la qualité des produits proposés était tout de même très correcte.

Enfin, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal : à seulement dix minutes du centre-ville, on peut facilement se rendre à pied dans le cœur historique de Perpignan pour profiter d’une balade ou d’un déjeuner en terrasse. Si je devais recommander cet établissement, je le conseillerais autant à des collègues en déplacement professionnel qu’à des amis en week-end détente ; la combinaison confort, service irréprochable et situation pratique en fait un choix gagnant. Bref, un séjour au Novotel de Perpignan qui fait vraiment la différence !

Had a lovely stay. Our room was lovely with a large double bed, great bathroom with spacious shower and bath, the toilet was separate. Large sofa which I presume pulls out as a bed as extra bed linen was left in the room. All in all a great place to stay to enjoy Perpignan, although we were there for the rugby. Would definately recommend!

If you are expecting a 4 star luxury while checking in and staying at this 4* Novotel you'll be sadly disappointed

When we stayed the lifts weren't workingin the Novotel part of the hotel (IBIS is next door)

We booked a day before arrival but there was no warning given that the list wasn't working

At check in i was informed of the fact and told to take the lift up to 5th floor of IBIS and then go across the hall and take the stairs down one floor to 4th floor, carrying the luggage. All the while there was no help offered with the luggage

There is no way I could do that with the luggage and with my arthritic knees.
I had to trudge back to the reception, luggage in tow to get a different room

I was offered a room on floor one again, no help offered with the luggage

The room is large but that's about what is 4* about it

The bathroom doesn't have a separate shampoo and shower but all in one option and no hair conditioner is provided

Imagine getting into the not very powerful shower at the end of a long day, after having reconciled to the fact that there isn't any conditioner, to find that the shower gel/shampoo sneezy bottle completely empty

The next day I informed the cleaning lady about the empty shower gel and she said it is someone else who changes it. She called the person who came immediately to change and noticed that the tissue box was empty and hadn't been replaced by the room service lady and asked her to which she did promptly

Needless to say, it wasn't really a good start

One of the windows was missing a handle, making it impossible to close and another one wouldn't open as it was locked shut and there was no key for it on the window or near it

We had just stayed at an IBIS budget in Bordeaux, where the bed quality was just as good as this one and the shower gel had liquid in it
How could this not have been checked

For the tea/coffee facility, only two paper cups are provided. That is in a room for potentially 4 people, as it was set up like this due to the room change. If there are two of you, and you have a hot drink each at night, you don't have any facility to have a hot drink in the morning

Also in this room, there was only one chair with the dining table, which they kindly rectified and brought us an extra chair

It can get very draining to keep asking for each item as you realise it isn't there

Of course, there is no parking associated with this hotel and you have to park in the public car park next door. Novotel doesn't have special rates for their guests with the car park and no direct access to it either

I had high hopes for this but sadly was very disappointed.

When we were checking out, the lady at the desk (Solenne - sorry if I am getting your name wrong) helped us to go to a lift reserved for the residents of the apartment building next door to go to the car park. She also helped us with our luggage as she could see we had a lot of bags for which I am appreciative and that made the check out process, at least, very good and pleasant

Tout était parfait : accueil chaleureux, personnel chaleureu et très sympathisch, chambres superbes et propres.
Rien à redire !

Il faut à tout prix, améliorer le petit déjeuner qui n’est pas digne d’un quatre étoiles.

Malgré mon arrivée tardive, l'accueil a été sympathique. Le forfait à prix préférentiel pour le parking est un vrai plus. La chambre est très spacieuse. La literie est confortable. la SDB (baignoire + douche) est très agréable. Le WC est séparé. S'il fallait trouver un point à améliorer, ce serait la mise à disposition d'une machine à café de type Nespresso dans la chambre et des stores électriques pour les fenêtres.
