Belle découverte. Finesse et saveurs dans une petite commune isolée, á la frontière espagnole.
I shared four dishes, first a Cabbage with a spicy miso sauce, then carpacio with a cabbage/mustard marmelade, delicious Andalucia dried tuna and we Finnished with a wonderful artichoke.
Every dish distinctive and every tasty.
If you are taking the slow road across the Pyrenees this is definitely worth a stop.
