For the price, the location is perfect as we had a room with a balcony (with a table and two chairs) on the beach! Perfect for early mornings but too hot to use in the afternoon. The AC worked very well. The downsides of the hotel are there is only one electrical outlet in the bedroom between the beds. The shower does not have a holder for the shower head probably to save water as you must set it down and turn it off between soaping up and rinsing. The bathroom is a bit tight and there is no light in the shower and it has a black shower curtain to even make it darker. The door is a folding plastic partition. The sink cabinet in our room is crumbling from water damage on both sides so needs replacing. The pillows are very flat, meaning almost no thickness to them at all, and need replacing but the beds are nice and firm which we prefer. There are no coffee and tea making facilities in the room and no option to have it in the hotel beyond breakfast hours, 8-10. We did not have the breakfast but looked to see that there was not enough of a selection for us so we chose to eat elsewhere. There is a warning on the door that you will find after you have checked in that no food is allowed in the room.

Petit hôtel de centre ville très agréable et idéalement bien placé tout au bord de la plage. Accueil sympathique, chambre et parties communes très propres. Chambre bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet tout à fait correct pouvant être pris sur la terrasse tout près de la plage. Le seul inconvénient c’est le manque de parking, nous avons dû nous garer dans un parking à l’extérieur de la ville ( possibilité de navette gratuite pour faire le trajet parking - hôtel)

Malgres une isolation phonique très limite. L'établissement bénéficie d'un emplacement de rêve. Les petits dej (un peu chip) sur la terrasse sont un vrai plus.

Особое разочарование — поведение сотрудницы на ресепшене. Встреча с ней оставила крайне неприятный осадок. Мы начали говорить по-испански, но она демонстративно закатила глаза и в грубой форме дала понять, что говорит только по-французски. Это странно и непрофессионально — персонал отеля должен хотя бы в минимальной степени владеть несколькими языками, особенно в таком туристическом месте, как Коллиур.
Разговаривала с нами на повышенных тонах, снова закатывала глаза, когда мы упомянули, что говорим по-испански и по-русски. Поведение было крайне неуважительным. При этом с другими постояльцами (франкоговорящими) она была вежлива и приветлива. Это дало нам неприятное ощущение, что в наш адрес проявили нечто вроде национализма.
К тому же нам выдали совсем не тот номер, который мы бронировали. Иронично, что после всего произошедшего сотрудница попрощалась с нами по-русски — выглядело это скорее как насмешка, чем проявление доброжелательности.
Мы часто бываем в Коллиуре, потому что любим этот город. Но с таким отношением сталкиваемся впервые. Очень жаль, что подобный персонал портит впечатление от места с таким потенциалом.
