Camping bien situé par rapport aux plages et au centre d'Argeles.
Personnel à l' écoute et disponible.
Mobil-home prestige parfait, propre, bien équipé, bonne literie. (par contre, locataire précédent ,n'ont pas nettoyé le BBQ (graisse dans la cuve, récipient récupération graisse prêt à déborder)
L'espace aquatique bien.
Restaurant bon, prix correct. personnel compétent et avenant.
Le plus: épicerie, laverie, camping calme pour la saison, petit train pour se rendre en ville ou à la plage.
Secteur prémium bien végétalisé.
Améliorations à faire pour la WIFI,(problème de réseaux par moment) Dommage de facturer 20 € pour choisir son emplacement.

At the time of booking on line we were not offered to get an ACSI card discount. We were charged a booking fee, which is an unacceptable practice. When we arrived we showed our ACSI card and because we had had to pay up front with the on line booking we were not refunded the discount we should have benefited from. With the on-line booking you had to book a minimum of 7 days. There were so many empty pitches, other people arrived with no advice booking got their ACSI discount and could stay as many days as they wish. I will not book in advance with your company again due to these reasons. The toilets need to be cleaned more than once a day, as sadly other campers do not clean up after themselves. You should stagger lunch breaks with your reception staff, so the reception is open all day. The mark up in the campsite grocer shop was over 100% on the item we purchased compared to the local supermarket, this is unbelievable. Having to pay 100 euro deposit for a grass pitch is unreasonable. Not being able to leave until after 0900 hours,, so you can get reception staff to organise for the pitch to be check, is a real inconvenience too. (We have only had to pay a deposit once before and that was when we had our own bathroom, fridge and dish-washing area on the pitch, which made sense.
