Le top. Merci Frédérique pour ce pur moment de plaisir. Un voisin de votre restaurant nous a conseillé votre restaurant et il ne s'est pas trompé. Cuisine, service, ambiance au top. Vous étiez seule ce soir pour assurer cuisine et service et quelle énergie. Bravo et merci.

Fred has changed her menu to include smaller dishes which gave us the opportunity to taste more of her unique and wonderful food. Where other local restaurants are mainly Catalan in their approach Fred creates a delicious and interesting fusion of various flavours and ingredients. She is a very talented chef who is passionate about pleasing her guests. . Her restaurant is an experience.. not only culinary but also to share time with her vibrant and engaging personalty. It’s an evening of fun and atmosphere where every morsal you taste is exceptional. Le Trencadis never disappoints.

Superbe soirée ambience trés agréable et conviviale, les plats sont exceptionnel et trés bien travaillé de la recherche a l' exécution des explosions de saveurs a chaques fourchettes. Je compte y retourner trés prochainement Merci!
Accueil chaleureux et souriant dans une maison en pierre avec jolie terrasse au calme.
Les plats élaborés par la talentueuse Frédérique nous font voyager à travers la Méditerranée. Il s'y ajoute une bonne sélection de vin pour passer un merveilleux moment entre amis.
