Pauline et Anthony sont de véritables professionnels qui nous ont accueilli autour de tartinades maison (Miam!!), vin, bière, cidre, soft qu'ils choisissent avec grand soin auprès des artisans non loin de Poussan. Que dire de la tielle mozza et du Tiramisu pomme caramel beurre salé...Un lieu chaleureux pour se poser entre amis ou en famille!

Toujours bien reçue. Les patrons sont adorables. J'adore y aller déguster des bières locales ou un bon vin. Et je me régale de leurs mets à chaque vin. Vraiment une super adresse. Je recommande. Allez y, vous ne le regretterez pas.

Success in Hospitality is created by the right mix of a great location, superb facilities, eye for detail and personalised attentive service....and this is what you get at wine bar LA COMPIL' DU CAVISTE !.....so don't look any further for some great wine by the glass, beer from the tap and some delicious gourmet platters.
We arrived by bicycle and were warmly welcomed by the owner/ operator.....ample space for parking our bicycles !
Inside a very cosy interior and outside a small terrace and on the day of our visit we enjoyed sunshine and no wind on the terrace....quite pleasant during this time of the year!
From the menu we selected a portion of the local dish called Tielle and a Croque with Pulled Pork, both served with a lovely salad with exquisite dressing and for "dessert" we selected a cheese platter. All food was delicious and we were impressed with the presentation and quality of the cheese platter! We also tried two different white wines from the region as well a local draught beer, all with great taste.
We really liked the way the owner/ operator explained to us the wines, beer and cheeses served......quite impressive
Definitely a venue we will return to and one highly recommended after a great wine bar experience in the heart of a beautiful village

J’ai fait appel à la compil’ du caviste pour un événement entre collègues. Tout a été super bien organisé. Les plats et les bouteilles nous on été livrés. Cet apéritif dînatoire a été un régal : autant la nourriture que les vins. Tout le monde s’est régalé. Tout était bien prévu, bien présenté. Le budget a été plus que respecté. Merci beaucoup !!!
