Endroit super avec une vue incroyable! L’espace est agréable et chaleureux avec une cuisine ouverte et élégante ! Un service parfait. Du personnel adorable. Des plats raffinés et extrêmement bons! Je recommande les yeux fermés. Nous y retournerons sans hésitation.

We loved our experience here. Beautifully presented, creative food. There’s a Nordic influence to it which makes it even more special. Excellent local wine.

On what was quite possibly the wettest Sunday in March on record, we spent a beautiful afternoon at Les Fleurs d'Olargues. Warm welcome as we entered, candles lit, fire roaring against the backdrop of a swollen river Jaur.
Les Fleurs d'Olargues is one of those places where plastic is taboo, the architecture is at the same time so ancient and timeless as to make it perfectly current at all times (and ever so photogenic!). Fresh flowers from the garden always enhance the vibes.
The menu is both an hommage to the Danish and Philippino roots of the owners as to seasonal ultralocal French cuisine de terroir. Many, if not all, the vegetables served are either grown in the kitchen garden or foraged in the surrounding countryside.
Homemade bread and a beurre aux fines herbes were served alongside the apéritif, wetting our appetites for things to come.
Two beautiful and tasty amuses arrived and were greatly enjoyed by all.
We enjoyed each and every single dish from starter to dessert, they not only looked pretty but were excessively tasty and generous in portion size.
In terms of dessert, we all fell for the traditional Danish red berry compote, with lashings of cream, crunchy biscuit crumble and a divine miniature panna cotta.
The wine menu is short and sweet, but with big hitters like Léon Barral and Les Eminades on there, who's complaining?
Overall, we had a tremendous time, ate very very well and enjoyed each other's company and the surroundings on a very wet and rainy Sunday afternoon.
