Accueil au top. Petit déjeuner qualité prix très raisonnable. Chambre correcte, dommage le lit en 140cm pour 2 adultes de 1m80 ça fait petit. Excellent emplacement.

Certes, le prix des chambres n'est pas excessif mais les conditions d'accueil décentes minimales ne sont pas au rendez vous : odeur d'égout nauséabonde, cheveux sur les draps, moisissures dans la douche, chasse d'eau qui fuit, aucune insonorisation, tâches sur les tapisseries ...
Pour autant, l'emplacement est idéal, proche des lignes de Tram, en plein centre ville et le personnel est adorable.
Bien pour dépanner une nuit mais à éviter pour un séjour moyen ou long.

Great location, very close to Montpellier St Roch station and to the old quarter of the city. Staff were very friendly & helpful and the room was clean and acceptable for the price. We had a great time during our 3 night stay and would come back again. Would recommend Hotel de la Comedie for a short stay.

I want to leave and find somewhere else to stay was my first impression upon seeing the room I was to sleep in. But I thought I should man up and save myself hassle and money so stuck it out. The room was depressing l can't think of anything positive to say about it. But on first glance the room next door looked ok, so maybe some rooms are alright. I wouldn't advise anyone to stay there if they care about their surroundings. But if you're not fussed about that the positives are the location and people that work there.
