We had a lot of trouble finding the hotel by car and were very frazzled when we finally arrived. Addy calmed us down and helped us find the parking and park our car. She stayed to help us until we were safely in the hotel. This was so valuable to us, and it set the tone for our entire stay. Also, the hotel location is perfect for a visit to Montpellier.
