The Hotel was very nice. The phone in the room did not work, nor were they able to make it work my entire stay of 4 nights. The cleaning was different every day, we only had one bathrobe for two people, one day they would fold dirty towels and leave them for us, the next they would replace them, the next they would only leave one towel for two people. Again, it got very frustrating running down to reception every time we needed something such as towels or room service, so we just gave up. Reception was the one amazing thing at this hotel.

Le quartier ou est situé l'hôtel n'est pas adaptée pour un 4etoiles,personnel à l'accueil pas très aimable, manque une rampe à l'entrée pour handicapés, la carte pour le dîner est très limité, pas. a priori pour un 4 étoiles, autour de la piscine 4 longues chaises et 7 chaises, pas totalement satisfait.
