Bonjour, tout est parfait, les améliorations pourraient porter sur le choix et la qualité du petit-déjeuner et la température de la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée

All the staff were wonderful and so helpful. I haven't been to a hotel where the staff were as good as the Metropole. Great atmosphere and a stunning lobby. Rooms were great, very quiet and clean. Blackout curtains were great and the bathroom was as good as they come. Beds were very good if a little on the firm side! All in all a fantastic stay!
