Cadre beau et cadre agréable ! En revanche le prix des plats ne les vaut carrément pas !!! Très cher pour ce que c est et bien d’autres restaurants à Montpellier sont de meilleur rapport qualité prix

This was unfortunately a great disappointment. The restaurant seems mainly to have untrained very young summer jobbers on staff. The food is okay, the atmosphere is nice but the service is absolutely disappointing:
1) we were greeted by two young staffers at the reception. Neither of them was allowed to show us the table. We had to wait for a third one.
2) we were served olives and olive oil. We waited for bread but when the server came, he simply took the untouched tray away again for the amuse bouche.
3) Funnily, they forgot to clear the table after the amuse bouche, causing the young waitress to struggle when she brought the starters
4) we had ordered an aperitif. It didn’t come until we asked after the starter. Turned out they forgot it.
5) it took about 1 hour between the starter and the main course to arrive. The people at the neighboring table got annoyed and tried to leave. The staff convinced them to stay.
6) when the aperitif wasn’t served, we ordered wine instead. Guess what. It never arrived.
7) after the staff convinced the neighboring table to stay, a staffer came by our table and asked if everything was fine. We pointed out all the errors and problems. He finally got us wine and offered it on the house

Très déçue ! Je connaissais le lieu et jusqu’ici j’avais apprécié.
Déjà trop chaud pour manger dehors et dedans pas de Clim !
Nous avons commandé un plat de poisson servi avec du maïs on a demandé à changer l’accompagnement on a essuyé un refus c’est bien la 1ere fois que ça m’arrive.
Portion limite en quantité heureusement que nous ne sommes pas venues avec nos hommes !
On a demandé un verre de vin on a oublié de nous le faire goûter !
Pas d’amuses bouche ni de mignardises !
Pour un restaurant de cette classe on attendait autre chose !

Wie haben lange gewartet, um überhaupt beachtet zu werden, nach dem wir platziert wurden. Die Vorspeise, Capaccio, war sehr durch und trocken, mit so viel Senf, dass man das Fleisch erahnen konnte. Der Hauptgang sowie Weinauswahl waren sehr gut. Der Innenbereich ist in Ordnung, der Garten im Innehof wunderschön. Leider wurden wir auch einige Male vergessen bei Nachbestellung von Öl oder Getränk. Daher nur 3 Sterne.

Déçu, entre l'arrivée et l'amuse bouche plus d'une heure d'attente, il est servi comme cela sans aucune explication ou présentation, la suite était aussi une question de patience. Aucune demande si l'on désirait un apéritif, puis une prise de commande cahotique. Réservation a 21 h et déjà une entrée manquante, demande d'échange : sans réponse on nous amène un plat en remplacement sans demander au client si cela peut convenir. Par la suite un plat principal manquant sur 2 clients le souhaitant (bizarre la gestion des stocks pour ce type d'établissement). Pour avoir un verre de vin, il a fallu le réclamer ( la carte indique 14 cl, en réalité servi a peu près 7 cl). Le dessert en finalité un seul de commandé car les autres convives ne souhaitent pas s'éterniser car déçu. Le service est à revoir en totalité, il n'est vraiment pas bon, la présentation (tenue vestimentaire) pour un établissement comme celui-ci : la promesse est loin d'être tenue. Dommage, il y a beaucoup mieux (et voir moins onéreux) sans aller très loin. Vraiment pas sûr d'y retourner ou de le conseiller.
