Ce que je sais, c'est qu'on m'a dit que la livraison était en route et qu'elle n'est jamais arrivée. Sans aucune notification de qui que ce soit,
J'augmente la note alimentaire à 3 même si je n'en ai rien vu.

The issue seems to be mostly/totally with Just Eat. I don't. know (and I don't want to know) what is the relationship between the food provider and the deliverer. Just Eat says "Dans certains cas, Just Eat est également responsable de la livraison." Which is legalese for something or other :-(
What I do know is that I was told the delivery was on its way and it never arrived. Without any notification from anyone,
I'm upping thr Food rating to 3 although I haven't seen any of it.
