Notre deuxième visite, très bien guidée par Hannah, qui a expliqué et montré , d'une manière vive et toujours intéressante, les principes du fondateur, la méthode (soit biodynamique, soit biologique) de travail dans l'exploitation, avec son respect pour la qualité du vin produit et finalement, dirigée une dégustation de quelques vins. Une visite à savourer !

We had a wonderful, very informative tour and tasting at Chateau Maris. Our host Hannah brought us through the vineyard's very strong sustainable ethos which is evident in the biodiversity amongst the vines and in quality of the wines. We had a tasting of a wide range of their wines, all excellent both for enjoying today but also with great aging potential.
We followed up the vineyard visit with an excellent lunch in their sister restaurant, Grand Cafe Occitan in the neighbouring village of Felines Minervois. Very highly recommended.

Was a wonderful and fascinating tour enjoyed by both myself and my husband who is not a wine drinker. I applaud your biodynamic farming efforts and it is resulting in very good wines. You went above and beyond and catered for my husband so graciously even though he doesn't drink alcohol. Thank you, I look forward to seeing your wines on our shelves in New Zealand one day ????

Et bien... Nous sommes bretons et nous avons dégusté votre Château Maris de 2018 avec une terrine de canard de chez Jean Henaff... oh là là !!! Superbe !! Une excellente association.

I can't comment on the location and experience but very much enjoyed the wine at a tasting in Tokyo ! A french guy passed me a glass and said it was made by 'Un Anglais'
