位于米迪运河畔的美食旅馆。
在米迪运河（Canal du Midi）畔，奥德省（Aude）和埃罗省（Hérault）的交汇处，布鲁诺-普拉纳（Bruno Plana）和洛朗-洪德（Laurent Hund）的美食客栈坐落在一幢老旧的路边小屋中。这两位大厨对地中海美食进行了全新的诠释。我们品尝了 Lou Del Mitan 菜单，真是令人大饱口福：焦糖南瓜塔丁（caramelised pumpkin tarte Tatin），接着是香脆珍珠鸡片配栗子片、柑橘汁和南瓜奶油。菜肴美轮美奂，烹饪和榨汁都堪称完美。真是一桌美味佳肴！

Trésor inexploré hautement recommandé à visiter avant que sa notoriété ne double ses prix. Comme ce serait tout à fait raisonnable dans n’importe quelle ville d’Europe.

Just gets better. Both service and food are significantly above the majority of restaurants in the area, at a surprisingly competitive price. The senior staff have experience in fine dining and Michellin starred restaurants, and this shows clearly in their attention to detail. Carefully thought through, skilfully prepared dishes with sophisticated flavours and textures served by staff who clearly have silver service training. Not at all pompous or formal, but welcoming and friendly as the best and most confident restaurants should be. In a lovely position on the canal and surrounded by open countryside, but moments from the main highway.
Highly recommended undiscovered treasure to visit before its notoriety doubles its prices. As would be quite reasonable in any city in Europe.
Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, aux petits soins, comme il se fait rare de trouver un tel accueil aujourd'hui. La cusine est à tomber! Vous avez un large choix de menu le midi (de 21 à une cinquantaine d'euros). Personnellement j'ai pris le menu à 21€ et mon mari celui à 27€
donc plus qu'abordable pour un menu gastronomique. Tout est excellent. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
