Séjour agréable dans un mobil homme adapté pour la famille . Environnement propre joli et calme . Bémol complexe aquatique moyen a améliorer nombre de bassins et toboggans . Sécurité satisfaisante à l’accueil et dans camping sauf le soir peu de lumières dans les allées et espace pour les jeunes le soir pas assez sécurisé .Pour résumer un camping agréable mais doit juste s’améliorer pour valoir un 5 étoiles . J’ai dû une fois utiliser les toilettes à l’extérieur un matin et iks n’étaient vraiment pas propres. ....

Holiday in Les Sablons

I got a pitch with private sanitary. As a first point I want to highlight the complete lack of assistance to customers from the customer service/reception before my holiday. I got no answers at all to mails written to ask for information (before my staying). I wrote at least 10 mails that were even not read and I never got any feedback/answer. I also tried to call by phone but nobody answered (I was put on hold listening music and then the line was dropped after some minutes). Many owners of dogs in the camping are not cleaning excrements of their dogs and these are not removed from anybody from the staff (I found a big one in my pitch when I arrived and removed by myself). Personnel in the bar speaks a very bad English and some of them even do not speak any English at all. Opening time of the reception is very limited for a 5 star and such a big camping (8,30 opening is too late and 19,30 closure is too early and 2 hours stop from 13,00 to 15.00 on top are not acceptable). Parking rules are not respected as many cars are parked along the main streets (close to the bungalows) and do not allow caravans and campers to drive through but when I asked to the staff at the entrance for support I was told to choose another way (one way road in prohibited direction) to drive the caravan through. WC waste (chemical WC) areas are not highlighted properly in the campsite. I had WIFI connection problem starting from Aug 12th that was solved only on Aug 19th (2 days before my leaving) after several requests and follow up to the WIFIRST company.

Toujours le même problème des transats, covid ou pas covid! Certains soirs cocktail pris au bar et fait a la va vite ! Pourtant 8,50 euros le verre....

animation du soir pas adaptée et prestations très moyennes
difficile d'obtenir une table le soir au bar
c'était une année un peu spéciale et nous comprenons ces aléas
