Rooms are very basic. That said, it's incredibly clean. Great staff ensure that the room becomes a minor inconvenience. Breakfast was excellent and not rushed. The location is outstanding. Everything is in walking distance. Excellent value for money. Well done.
L'hôtel est bien situé, au bas des Allées Paul Riquet, face au Parc des Poètes.
Un charmant bâtiment historique avec des éléments d'origine, notamment l'escalier en colimaçon.
Nous étions au 4ème étage et notre chambre était calme, douillette et confortable.
Nous n'avons pas pris de petit-déjeuner (9 €) car nous ne passions que la nuit pour nous rendre dans un lieu en ville. La salle du petit-déjeuner avait l'air attrayante, avec une grande fenêtre laissant entrer la lumière naturelle et offrant une vue sur le parc.

A lovely experience, from booking on the phone to the warm welcome and the friendly goodbye.
The hotel is well-situated, at the bottom of Allées Paul Riquet, opposite the Parc des Poètes.
A charming, historic building with original features, including the spiral staircase.
We were on the 4th floor and our room was quiet, cosy and comfortable.
We didn't indulge in breakfast (€9) as we were only staying overnight to go to a venue in town. The breakfast room looked inviting, with a big window for natural light and views out to the park.

I find that this hotel is very hard to rate. The location is superb, a few hundred yards from the railway station, across from a very pleasant park and only a short walk from the main shopping complex, restaurants and cafes as well as the cathedral. The staff were extremely welcoming and the room was spotlessly clean but on the down side the room facilities were very basic, the bathroom very small, there is no lift to get to the upper floors and overall I felt it was more akin to a hostel. However, I do feel that this is all represented in the price.

Cosy,compact hotel near a park.|Pleasant place to stay, although rooms are bit quieter at back, worth paying extra .|Situated between main railway station( about 10 min walk), & the center of Bezier.|Good breakfast, nice big pot of tea!|No lift.
