Camping sympa avec une équipe très agréable ! Tout le personnel était très souriant et sympathique de l’accueil, au resto en passant par l’equipe ménage !

Booked trip with a group of friends.
The friends were put in the accommodation they booked; we were put in the lower tier and they just Shrugged their shoulders and said it’s “the luck of the draw” which accommodation you end up in.

We have visited Massereau nearly every year since 2007. In the last 18 months there has been a change in ownership. Despite considerable challenges the management and staff have done an excellent job of bringing Massereau back to being a great place to be. Massereau is back to its best. A wonderful site in a wonderful location. A particular mention must go to Nadia whose hard work and excellent leadership of the team who clean the cabins, typifies the warmth and desire of the staff to be the very best. Well done Massereau.
Unsere Unterkunft hatte leider hier und da einige kleine Macken und Abnutzungen, was natürlich mit der Zeit vorkommen kann.
In den Pools löst sich teilweise die Farbe ab und an dekorativen Holzelementen gab es einige sichtbare Beschädigungen, die gern repariert werden könnten.
Die Durchsetzung der Pool-Regeln hat je nach Tagesform des Personals variiert. Manchmal durften Kinder in den Wellness-Pool, manchmal nicht, weil sich ein paar ältere Leute beschwert haben.
Ich fand es schade, dass Kinder grundsätzlich von einem Pool ausgeschlossen werden, weil diese "laut" sein könnten. Denn gleichzeitig gab es genug Erwachsene, die sich im Wellness-Pool nicht an die Regeln gehalten haben.
Ansonsten sind an den Pools immer genügend Liegen frei und genug Platz für alle Gäste.
Das Restaurant war sehr lecker und die Snacks an der Bar waren gut und günstig.
Die Lage war perfekt für Ausflüge, z.b. dem Markt in Sommières, das Aquarium in Montpellier, Strände oder der Kletterpark direkt beim Campingplatz.
Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub.
