DOMAINE DE PANERY

Un lieu calme et agréable, perdu dans les vignes, entourées de belles forêts giboyeuses et d’oliviers. Une belle restauration en pierres sèches, de beaux bois, de multiples courettes et espaces de détente, un potager chargé de légumes. La dégustation d’huiles et de vins est un moment sympathique avant de prendre l’apéritif sous les platanes et de profiter de l’excellente table. Des plats simples mais très bien travaillés, notamment les cuissons et les jus, vins du domaine…
Belle piscine et bon petit déjeuner.
Le staff est tout à fait adorable!

Un super brunch ce dimanche, avec un large choix de plats et de bons produits locaux sur le buffet. Le service était vraiment fluide et le buffet toujours bien réapprovisionné, on n’a manqué de rien. Mention spéciale pour les desserts et les petites tartelettes !

A winery located in a secluded and stunning location amongst fields and fields of olive trees and vineyards - the winery only has 24 rooms and I got to stay in this spacious apartment located in a separate farm house with two en-suite bedrooms. The place is bright and modern with all amenities provided and every guests are given a bottle of wine as a gift.

The guests not only get to enjoy the beautiful pool which also has a gym and sauna room attached, as well as free olive oil and wine tasting during the stay.

The restaurant offers both set menu or you can order the dishes separately for dinner (there’s also a separate lunch menu). The food is freshly prepared and nicely plated, and very good value considering they look more expensive than they are. The service was warm and the staff kindly recommended the La Garuste rosé and white wine to accompany the meals which are both locally brewed at the winery and just perfect to go with the food.

The only let down is the breakfast which compares to the dinner was not as impressive - the breakfast was served in the restaurant indoors but did not have much of a variety, though you get egg freshly cooked on order. And the breads were not covered up so I could see several flies swarming around while the fruits were covered up with a net. Though the seating was comfortable and you got to enjoy the views outside, and the service was attentive.

Overall I really enjoyed the stay and would not hesitate to recommend this winery to anyone. Definitely would love to stay here again to enjoy more of its facilities!
