Catherine and Bertrand are incredible hosts and the Prieure is so well appointed and comfortable. We were lucky to find this place when we were searching for something centrally located for Avignon, Nimes and Arles. I would advise giving yourself time to enjoy the house itself, take a dip in the pool enjoy a book on the sun deck, put on a record in the lounge. Make sure to make friends with Otto the cat for a cuddly poolside companion.
Catherine provides a lovely breakfast of bread and pastries from the baker next door and homemade granola as well as fresh squeezed orange juice. The quality of everything really raises the bar.
This was easily the best part of our trip and we cannot wait to return.
