Beautiful and Well-Equipped Campsite – With a Few Minor Downsides

We had a great time at this campsite, which is very beautiful and generally quite peaceful. One of the downsides is that it’s not directly by the sea – something to consider, especially if you’re not bringing bikes (fortunately, bike rental is available on-site). The concept of the campsite being split into four separate areas took a bit of getting used to. Without bicycles, the distances between the areas might have been inconvenient.

A real highlight were the stone-built mobile homes – more spacious than most other mobile homes we’ve seen. We would have appreciated a second bathroom, especially as a family. Also, while it’s great that there’s a dishwasher, unfortunately, it didn’t clean very well. The vacuum cleaner was a nice extra, but it had no adjustable nozzle setting, which made it hard to use on the linoleum floors – the broom was the better option here.

The placement of the mobile homes is a bit hit or miss. Some have fantastic views, while others are located less ideally. Ours didn’t have the best view, but it was still perfectly fine.

The pool area was beautiful, though on our last day the water was quite cloudy – perhaps an extra shower or two nearby would help with hygiene. One thing we really missed was a small supermarket directly on-site. While there was no store, the bar offered tasty croissants and baguettes at fair prices, which was a good compromise.

The restaurant and rooftop bar were both fantastic. We also appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff throughout the entire site. For children, the free bouncy castle and reasonably priced canoe rentals were a big plus.

All in all, the campsite truly deserves 4.5 stars. We’re only deducting half a star because it’s not located directly by the sea. But we had a lovely stay and would gladly come back!

Accueillant, chaleureux, calme un hôtel qui sait s’occuper de ses clients. Notre hôtel est très cosy; cet après-midi passé à la piscine dans un calme vraiment agréable. Le personnel se met en quatre pour vous répond à toutes vos attentes. Sommes arrivés de bonheur vers neuf heures alors que les chambres ne sont normalement disponibles qu’à 15 heures car nous avions un vol tôt le matin, ils ont fait en sorte que la chambre que nous avions réservée, soit nettoyée et préparée dès qu’elle serait libérée et nous avons pu ainsi avoir notre chambre à 11h. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très agréables avec une petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin proche de la piscine vraiment, je recommence cet hôtel à 100 %.

Excellent hôtel qu'on aimerait trouver plus souvent ! On reviendra dès que possible ! Parking fermé, cadre magnifique, chambre spacieuse, propre, et donnant sur un jardin, personnel aimable et acceuillant, jolie piscine, excellent petit-déjeuner (viennoiseries particulièrement délicieuses). Et cerise sur le gateau, un espace bien être avec piscine et jacuzzi gratuit, mais aussi privatisable à un prix très correct. Nous avons adoré cet hôtel !
