This is a simple and no nonsense camp site with a Swimmingpool. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Sanitary is OK and clean. Pitches are spacy and even. Most of them without shade. Due to season not quit, because of massively chirping cicades (not at night).

We zijn op onze doorreis naar Spanje hier gestopt. We reizen met onze eigen caravan dus over de kamers kunnen we niets zeggen maar de kampeerplaatsen zijn heel mooi. Het ontvangst en de service hier is top ! Het sanitair is heel proper en verzorgd. Als we niet op doorreis zouden zijn dan zou ik hier enkele dagen langer willen verblijven.

We hebben weer genoten van ons verblijf op Camping Les Chênes in Junas. De eigenaar en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend behulpzaam en zorgen met hun betrokkenheid voor een gemoedelijke sfeer. Vaak lossen ze iets op nog vóór het een probleem wordt. Dat merk je als gast – en je voelt je hier dan ook meteen welkom.
De toiletten zijn schoon (heel belangrijk), het zwembad is heerlijk, en heb je eens een avond geen zin in koken, er is een klein restaurant met heerlijk Italiaans ijs. Ook de omgeving biedt genoeg moois: het strand, Montpellier en Arles liggen binnen bereik. We sluiten ons helemaal aan bij de andere positieve reviews. Deze camping is een echte aanrader!

Where do I start ..
The owners are so friendly and attentive, the site is so clean and the owners are always about if required. Just a little knock on the reception door and they appear. The shop has all the basics you need, with a lovely little library corner
The pool has direct sunlight all day with huge umbrellas for shade . A lovely little pool which is great for either relaxing, cool down or a nice swim. Remember, men aren't allowed to wear shorts, only swimming trunks which they sell in the shop for 22 euros. There were 4 men all wearing the same 'outfit' including my husband ! ????
We didn't get to sit on the terrace or have food but it was cheap and the menu looked lovely .
The cicadas sing from sunrise to sundown and you get accustomed to it but they are lovely. We had a really nice shaded pitch as was very hot (39°) so this really helped us.
Washing machines are 6 euros and include washing liquid. I found this campsite through a Facebook recommendation and really pleased we did.
All in all, we will be back again and thank you for a lovely welcome and stay
