(Traduit par Google) Restaurant fusion française au coeur d'Aiguèze (ville médiévale). Ce restaurant appartient au domaine Ventajol, un domaine viticole local et leurs vins sont (entre autres) au menu. Nous avons déjeuné ici, tous deux ont pris le filet saint pierre (poisson blanc) au fenouil et boulgour et légumes. Les goûts étaient excellents et tout était méticuleusement préparé. Nous avions le vin de la maison pour accompagner, ce qui était très bon. Le service est sympathique. Sachez que les prix ici sont plus élevés qu'ailleurs dans le village même si j'ai eu l'impression que les ingrédients sont également plus chers.

French fusion restaurant in the middle of Aiguèze (medieval town). This restaurant is owned by domaine Ventajol, a local winery and their wines are (among others) on the menu. We had lunch here, both had the filet saint pierre (white fish) with fennel and bulgur and vegetables. The tastes were great and everything was meticulously prepared. We had the house wine to accompany which was very good. Service is friendly. Be aware that prices here are higher than elsewhere in the village although I had the impression the ingredients are also more priceworthy.

Même mon fils de 10 ans assez difficile habituellement à adoré le filet de saint pierre ainsi que sa sauce.
Pareil pour le dessert et personnel très agréable.
