ADAGIO CITY APARTHOTEL

Family of 3 stayed here for our trip to Disneyland Paris. Lovely room with kitchen area (hob, fridge, microwave but no kettle!), dining table, sofa bed, TV, double bedroom and plenty of storage space. Breakfast was mainly continental (cereals, fruit, hams, cheese, pain au chocolate, croissants etc) with scrambled eggs each morning together with bacon or sausages. The shuttle to Disney leaves regularly just 5 mins walk from the hotel and picks up from the same place it drops you. Was very efficient even when coming back late after the fireworks. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool. The Val d'Europe shopping centre is very close by - we went to the Auchen supermarket and bought food to make daily packed lunches. Would highly recommend this hotel when going to Disneyland Paris.

The location is brilliant for shops and Disney whether you use the shuttle or walk this is the biggest positive of staying here, the size of the room suited our family, the reception area is pleasing on the eye but once you exit the lift to go to your room you feel like you have been transported somewhere completely different,
Decor in places was just awful tired and dated, only one lift working because of works and painting. Construction going on, it was funny seeing a bath tub being transported through the corridor and dropped while eating breakfast…
The Customer services didn’t go above and beyond it was just ok… staff didn’t look happy in their work, I didn’t see staff cheery happy staff, I’ve seen happier people at the checkout in a supermarket, in the morning there was a poor guy on his own at breakfast who you could sense just didn’t want to be there from the moment he checked us in for breakfast to watching him fill the bacon, croissants and cleaning the tables, he didn’t want to be there his face and muttering under his breath just said it all!! It was ok, basic and what we needed, its nothing special but just a place to sleep. Cleanliness again ok, not above and beyond, All in all if you keep you’re expectations low, it’s an ok place, it’s a base for Disney, we would go back as we know what to expect and what’s what now it is what it is… I am very surprised it is a Disney partner hotel and Disney sell this hotel direct because If you want some Disney Magic this definitely isn’t the place stay nothing magical.

A nice place to stay either pre Disney or for a Disney trip, the rooms and corridors are tired ( although I believe they are currently refurbishing the hotel) the location is great a 2 minute walk to the Val D'europe shopping centre with all its shops and restaurants, my main bug bear was the lack of coffee facilities early morning, as an early riser I tend to get up early and like a coffee before the family wake, there is a coffee machine in reception but it needed a clean and the night staff weren't trained in how to do this, and we're a little rude when asked if there was any where nearby I could grab a coffees.

The staff of the hotel specially all the receptionist attitude is very bad. They don't have any manner to talk with the Guest.

Hope the Adagio work on the training and the staff first.

Also the intercom is just for showcase they are not working at all, if you need anything you have to go from your room to reception and ask for the same and wait for the some time which is take 10 to 30 min. Depend on the mood of receptionist

Vendu comme chambre PMR et navette Disney mais une fois sur place, ce n’est pas le cas. |La seule chose qui est adaptée est les WC.|A l’accueil on nous a dit « on est un petit peu PMR »… sans aucune compassion ni regret.|Une chambre pour 4 avec 2 dosettes de café.|Hôtel injoignable par téléphone, ni dans la chambre pour appeler la réception ni pour renseignement externe.|La navette est en réalité un bus local qui n’a pas de rampe PMR.
