Please do not book here - more worth it to spend a little more. (Nice hotels nearby). My cousin booked a trip for me to Paris and had been paying it up for months. So the disappointment was intense. We were greeted by friendly staff but a strange smell in the corridor. We walked into the room and when I checked the bathroom I cut my foot on a broken tile. This was concerning but I shrugged it off. When arriving back to the room we got into bed and as we lifted the covers we saw a few long dark hairs and blood. We we’re terrified and we felt unsafe. Constant banging about as well- my cousin couldn’t sleep at all. We had to leave the room and risk losing all of our money if the refund was not granted. We had to pay for another hotel for the rest of our stay and were really upset by this. The friendly staff are the only good thing about this place.

Worse experience I ever had ||||Arrived at hotel at 9am was tokd check in woukdnt be until 3pm ||||2 children with us and a disabled adult ||||No sympathy atall for us and left us outside in pouring down rain ||||Will never ever book this hotel ever again ||||Please people don’t go to this hotel it’s the worse experience any of us ever had !!!avoid avoid avoid

L'appartement était dégradé, les prises sortaient du mur, le rideau de douche dégueulasse, la baignoire avec traces de rouille détecteur de fumée dans le placard de la salle de bain, 3 serviettes pour 4, vis dans les WC, assises de chaises pas fixée, coussins tachées, humidité...
2 lits simples accolés, 1 lit simple, 1 canapé-lit et PAS de bureau comme précisé dans leur descriptif
Voilà pour 2 couples!
Peinture au mur manquante, appartement défraîchi, la propreté était à désiré
