Mega Unterkunft für Disneyland Besuche. Keine 2 Minuten Bahnfahrt für 2,50 Eur. Frühstück nebenan im Center.

I came here on the 17th of March to the 21st with my 2 kids that have special needs and I was really concerned about the windows as they open out wide no locks or security I went down to the reception to express my concerns about the windows not having security or locks and me having a 4 and 3 year old with me to tell them both my kids have special needs and are capable of opening the windows at any time I was scared to sleep incase my toddlers got up during the night and opened the windows ( we were on the 3rd floor bear in mind and the receptionist were very rude and told me it was my problem to deal with not there's I found them very rude I paid for a premium family room and requested 2 cots that I paid for and I didn't have any they told me they had none available no mops to clean the floors dirty washing machines with a dirty smell out of them worse experience ever I don't recommend anyone staying here with kids there I so much more I could write but I won't bother

Je laisse une étoile pour le bon emplacement ( proche du rer, pratique pour Disneyland)
Arrivée dans la chambre, la chambre la plus répugnante que j’ai jamais eu ! nous avons retrouvé des cheveux collés au parois de la douche, des cheveux et des poils dans nos draps ( qui été sensé être changés entre chaque client).
De la moisissure sur les murs, de la poussière dans tout l’appartement ( y compris sur les sèches serviettes, donc il est inutilisable, à moins que vous voulez vous essuyer avec une torchon rempli de poussière!)
Malgré ces problèmes remontés, aucun dédommagement mais une bonne taxe de séjour de 22€!

The previous 1 star reviews made me very nervous as this was booked as part of a Disney package with wowcher but it exceeded our expectations. We checked in through an online system outside as we arrived late in the evening, it was very easy to do. The room was very decently sized, we had a double bed and a sofa bed which we had to pull out. Everything was cleaned to a good standard. The hotel is really ideal for disneyland as it’s so close and you can either walk or take the RER which only takes 3 minutes. There’s a big shopping centre down the road also with a few shops and restaurants also. When checking out the staff members were friendly. The only thing I could see for improvement is a refurbishment as parts were looking a bit dated and old but apart from that I really didn’t see any of the problems other people had expressed in their reviews.
