The rooms were clean, but a little shabby and in need of updating, but that said it serves as a good base due to it's location. There was no housekeeping during our 2 day stay and the bath towels were small. We only came into contact with the receptionist who was lovely. There is a lift which is small but big enough for my mobility scooter and one other person to fit in so I had no trouble getting to our room. There was a bit of juggling to get into the room on my scooter but enough room to store it. There was a vending machine in reception and they did breakfast but we didn't eat at the hotel so can't review that. All in all good hotel close to train stations, restaurants and shops.
