With a few tweaks this hotel could be really great. However unfortunately we faced a lot of issues during our stay and this was mostly because of the extremely unhelpful and pretty rude staff. I understand the language barrier is perhaps a problem however in my opinion this is not an excuse for the service we faced. The main problems we had is that nothing in our room worked. The safe was broken and we had laptops and passports we wanted to store. The hair dryer didn’t work and the air conditioning was broken. It was absolutely boiling in our room and made it so i couldn’t sleep. We told this to reception multiple times and were assured someone would be up to fix this but to no avail. Eventually we were given a small fan instead for our room which was not ideal. The staff generally seemed like they didn’t really know what they were doing. Was excited about the pool but it was only open 10-8 which is very awkward times when visiting disney. Would have been nice to have a morning or evening swim before or after the park but this unfortunately wasn’t possible. The gym was also pretty pathetic. Other than that the rooms were okay, the kitchen was a bit hard to use and didn’t have a lot of utensils we required. Over all our stay was okay but could of been much better. The location was good and we walked to the park each day which was only ten minutes.
