We checked in during the day and left our luggage at the reception. Upon returning late in the evening, we were surprised to find that no one had brought our bags to the room. Even though our child was already asleep and we were clearly struggling, there was no offer of assistance—no one helped load our suitcases onto a trolley or bring them upstairs. I had to manage everything on my own.
The room was also not prepared for four guests as booked. There were only two bottles of water and two pairs of slippers, despite four people being registered. The breakfast quality was extremely poor: stale pastries and cheese, and each time I requested hard-boiled eggs (four times in total), they were brought undercooked, even after waiting more than 10 minutes.
The staff was generally unhelpful and unfriendly. The restroom near the reception was not cleaned for two days, with no soap or paper towels available. The hotel overall feels neglected and lacks the welcoming atmosphere one expects.
Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it does not meet the standards of the 4 star rating it claims to hold.
