HÔTEL ÉLYSÉE VAL D'EUROPE ^{* * * *}

Très bon hôtel idéalement situé à proximité de Disneyland, du RER et autre transport mais à distance pour un peu de calme loin de l’effervescence du parc ! RAS, hôtel confortable et tout à fait raisonnable au niveau du prix. ||Qualité à la hauteur de son nombre d’étoiles !

Stayed here with my husband and 2 young children for a few nights. We used the hotel as a base for Disneyland. We were a bit disappointed on arrival that there was a mark on the toilet seat - looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Called down to reception and it was very quickly dealt with and staff sincerely apologised and left a €20 voucher in our room whilst we were out at the park as an apology. Paid to upgrade to breakfast everyday, which was pretty standard and nothing overly special. Great pastries! Late check out was an option for a small fee. Shuttle bus was relatively straight forward with a stop just outside the hotel - stopped at 2 other apartment blocks on the way to the park, but still only took around ten mins or so. There is however a large gap in the shuttle bus schedule between about 11.30-5, which is a bit annoying if you have young children and do the fireworks - so want a lie in or want to come back for a nap in the middle of the day. Had to get an uber the last day to the park as we missed the bus whilst we were frantically packing. The schedule is on the hotels website. Buses after fireworks were a bit of a scramble and very packed - bit stressful esp with young kids and a buggy! They should def review their schedule and put some more buses on after fireworks and not have such a big gap in the daytime/have an option for people wanting to travel then! No English channels on tv for kids to watch which was a bit disappointing after a long day in the park, but luckily we had iPad to watch and wifi was good in the hotel. 2 small bottles of water in room on arrival but not refreshed again during our stay. |Overall a satisfactory stay, but in hindsight and if we come again, would def stay onsite at a Disneyland hotel just for ease and a touch more magic.

Good option with free bus to Disney Park. Rooms and breakfast all good. Cant complain. Used twice. Will use again.

Awesome experience! The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant had great food. The steakhouse had great food. Getting to Disneyland was a breeze. The best part, is the hotel is located directly across the street from the shopping mall and outlet mall. I will definitely be back.
