Very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay if you visit Disneyland Paris. Staff friendly and helpful, we got a lovely birthday surprise for our little ones birthday on arrival ???? thank you, she really enjoyed it ???? ????????????

On m’a proposé une chambre sur cours à l’accueil et une fois dans la chambre c’était sur rue. Ça génère un certain mécontentement dès le départ qui ne rend pas très positif sur le reste après.

Hôtel l’Élysée Val d’Europe offers an exceptional stay with its elegant design, spacious rooms, and outstanding service. The staff are welcoming and attentive, and the hotel’s proximity to transport links makes it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Highly recommended for a refined and hassle-free experience.

The positives first, the hotel was beautiful, the restaurant attached was amazing and the waiters so friendly and accommodating to me and my daughter, great shuttle to Disney although disappointing that this only runs in the morning and evening.
We paid a lot of money for this hotel as we needed two rooms due to the age of our kids and my little boy still needing a sleep in the day, they knew we had a young baby as we had a cot in one room, we know hotels can be noisy so we took his white noise machine, however on both days we were there the noise coming from works they were having done in the hotel was insane, i’ve taken video of how awful it was, despite initially being told nothing was going on! no one informed this would happen on the second day as well otherwise we would have moved rooms, receptionists defensive and no apology for our stay being ruined due to an extremely tired child, wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

房間寬敞且乾淨舒適，飯店門口有免費接駁車到迪士尼，回程的接駁車在迪士尼巴士的F站。
飯店對面有個mall以及outlet小村莊，有著精緻且悠閒的氛圍，相較巴黎市區，這裡逛起來更舒服。
Btw 飯店的早餐也很好吃！
