My wife and I love St Mammès. It is a place where time seems to have stood still, a peaceful, beautiful place that we often visit, sometimes walking along the riverbank to the lovely old town of Moret-sur-Loing, other times just exploring St Mammès itself. In June this year we decided to stay overnight so that we could see the inside of the church, which is open only two days in the month.|We stayed for two nights at this wonderful chambre d'hôte, run by Michel and Claire, who are two of the nicest people you could wish to meet. Everything about our stay was perfect - even the weather! Breakfast was typically French and delicious. The house itself was amazing - so much space and a wonderful sense of calm. The gardens are laid out in a very English fashion and also have a sense of peace and tranquillity.|Michel and Claire were so kind and helpful and made us feel completely at home. Michel even picked us up from the station at Melun, as the trains to Moret and St Mammès had been cancelled because of maintenance work.|Thank you Michel and Claire. We intend to return next year to once again enjoy your perfect hospitality.

Ce n'est pas seulement un bel écrin , c'est un lieu imprégné par la beauté d'âme des propriétaires, il est rare que l'on puisse vivre une expérience humaine si riche, dans une démarche éco responsable qui prends sens dans tout ce qu'il y a de plus concret et palpable. Et pour parfaire le tout ils adorent les enfants !

C'est pour des lieux comme celui-ci que l'on aime voyager,c'est grâce à des lieux comme celui-ci que l'on à envie de savoir jardiner et,de voir l'atelier de Madame,l'envie de peindre...

Excellent accueil, le lieu est conforme aux photos, le jardin intimiste et très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner fait maison et préparé avec attention.
Ravis de notre séjour.
