Place not 1 I’d recommend to anyone - not a nice experience

Leuke camping voor bezoekjes aan Parijs. ( Trein voor de deur kun je opstappen ) . Fantastische ligging 25 minuten naar Disney Land . Caravan was qua ruimte voldoende en keurig netjes . Service was goed ook toen we weinig druk op de waterleiding hadden kwamen ze snel oplossen . Gezellige bar en entertainment rondom zwembad .

we have arrived at this place which we booked online in advance and while my mate was waiting in a huge queue at the reception, i went with kids to explore. the small sandy play area nearby was nice, but i was surprised that those toddler pools (main reason why we came) has been very dirty and closed. |I went down and told my mate in the queue (which was still not moving even after 30 minutes). At that point another lady in the queue pointed that those pools will remain closed and it has not been cleaned after winter - so basically we realised at that point that this is definitely not why we came and what we expected. Luckily the lady who talked to us (another guest) was offered Eurocamp space elsewhere and because it was not convenient for her, she gave us her place. However, it was from the following day so, we needed to pay B&b and been told to get a refund (which we never did). We needed to wait on confirmation (we have been calling Eurocamp customer service several times as they never called us back as they said they will). We waited several hours at the bar upstairs and were happy that we are leaving, because of several things- other guests complained about undercooked food, choice of music at kids club and entertainer was absolutely shocking (would not put my kid there!) and toilet absolutely disgusting and smelly- next to kitchen. |We are glad we did not stay there even for a night and went to other Eurocamp - La Croix, which will be my next review
