I came to Paris for a holiday and I was not disappointed, I had a luxury caravan and omg it was beautiful, loads of room for me and my family especially while 30 Weeks pregnant, the pool was amazing my 11 year old who's autistic was in it loads, staff was amazing so helpful and the drinks menu was great and cheap my 5 year old loved the climbing play center when we arrived reception was busy and to be expected don't be rude respect the staff and understand that things take time, thibaut who works the bar I give 5stars he was so helpful and the mocktails he made was great especially when I can not drink certain things I would like to say thank you to all the staff and the entertainers that helped make our first trip to Paris memorable

We had a good stay at Le Chêne Gris in May half term. Booked through Eurocamp, had a premier chalet.
The site got busier at the end of the week, as it was also Ascension Day national holiday.
Good accomodation, comfy beds, clean and well maintained. Missing some basic kitchen equipment like a frying pan and chopping board (bought some basic ones from local hypermarket in the end).
Pool was good, on the cold side slightly but didn't stop the kids.
Great location, easy to get into Paris by train station next door (can't hear trains from accommodation though)
We kayaked with Canoë77, booked through reception (which saved us money) this we really enjoyed.
We didn't go into Disney but would have been easy to get there by car.
We would recommend a stay, good for younger families, we probably wouldn't return ourselves as feel we have done everything in the area for us.

Lovely place - Emmanuel staff member was very helpful , had a bit of an issue with hot water but they moved us promptly- rooms are much more spacious then chalets in England - play place & pools & playground for the kids were great - food onsite looked nice but didn’t actually get to try …..

I was a little apprehensive before our trip to Le Chene Gris, having read a few negative reviews about the accommodation and service. Thankfully, our experience couldn’t have been more different. The Eurocamp van we stayed in was spotless and well-kept (Although you can tell a lot of the vans are quite old, there are some new ones starting to appear), we were missing a kettle on arrival, but a quick visit to reception sorted that out immediately. The staff throughout the site were friendly and welcoming, and always happy to help. The entertainment is definitely more aimed at children, but wasn't an issue which suited us fine, though the music at the bar was a bit on the loud side at times.

You can tell the campsite has been around a while but is having work done, some of the road bumps are high enough to scrape the underside of a car, and a few of the hills are fairly steep so be prepared. That said, the location more than makes up for it. The local train runs twice an hour (Once in each direction) and is electric, so it’s very quiet, the campsite provides a timetable of the trains in and out of the village, and at just EUR2.50 for two hours’ travel, it’s a bargain. It’s worth getting a Navigo card for convenience, and the IDF app on your phone works well too. Nearby villages like Coulommiers and Provins are easy day trips, and Paris is less than an hour away. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Le Chene Gris is now firmly on our list of regular stops.

Mobil-home dans un triste état (chambre parentale pleine de vomit!) Camping peu entretenue de manière générale, piscine très sale et dangereuse, on sent bien que c'est un camping de passage !
