HÔTEL EXPLORERS ^{* * *}

To say we were so excited for this trip is an understatement. We arrived in the Explorers Hotel on Tuesday and went straight to the pool after check in. We had a great evening had some basic food and then bed for trip to Disney in the morning. The room was smaller than I expected but we were only sleeping there so all good. Room was clean fresh sheets bathroom clean toilet clean but no bin for sanitary products. We went to the communal area when came back after Disney to have a quick drink before bed. The lads serving in Traders bar were exceptionally rude and this continued for the 4 nights we were there. We headed off to Disney for our 2nd and last trip. As there was a taxi strike on it was difficult getting shuttles so we walked there and back. 20 mins each way so the location is good. We went to Val De Europe on Friday and had a great day shopping. We went to Hippopotamus for food the steaks were amazing. Came back to the hotel for a drink which I have to say is expensive and was met again with rude arrogant comments. Asked for water was told no. Said I’d have tap water he said they had none. Eventually after asking very politely I got the tap water. I’m not sure what their problem with our family was but it was so bad. Anyway got up this morning got ready for breakfast and the pool as we are leaving at 1.30. Went to the pool to be told that as we are leaving check out is 11 and we can’t use the pool. I’m now sitting in the communal area with a very upset 3 year old. After all the money we spent on this hotel and what we spent here in the hotel I am disgusted that we were refused entry into the pool for the last hour. I won’t be coming back here nor will I recommend to anyone.

Se volete andare al parco Disneyland di Parigi questo Hotel è un'ottima soluzione sia per i più piccini che per gli adulti. Stanze di buona metratura e ben tenute tutte a tema. Hotel con grandi spazi all'interno e aree giochi ben attrezzate. Ottima anche la piscina interna con scivoli aperta della 08.00 alle 23.00. Prima colazione abbondante a buffet così come per la cena. Navetta per i parchi gratuita. Unica pecca se sei italiano la pizza da evitare.....

Propreté 0 ! Salle de bain pleine de crasse sur les carrelage dans la baignoire + moisissure autour de la baignoire ! Moquette de la chambre sale ! Bref une saleté honteuse au prix de la chambre et un petit déjeuner pas top ! Salade de fruit pas bonne à mon avis fruit en boîte , fromage et jambon pas top non plus pas dutout un bon petit dej à part le pain au céréales même le chocolat chaud était deguelasse !

Nous avons passé un super séjour à l’Hôtel Explorers ! Le personnel est vraiment professionnel et sympathique, en particulier Sandra à la réception, qui a été adorable tout au long du séjour.

Nous avons séjourné dans la suite Pirate, puis dans une chambre classique. Les deux étaient spacieuses, propres et confortables. Le petit déjeuner buffet à volonté est très bon et varié, parfait pour les familles.

L’hôtel offre plein d’activités pour les enfants : une grande piscine avec jeux aquatiques, une salle d’arcade, et plusieurs aires de jeux intérieures. Il y a aussi une bagagerie accessible 24h/24, avec de grands casiers capables de contenir une grosse valise.

Un hôtel 3 étoiles qui en mérite largement 4 voire 5, tant par la qualité de l’accueil que par ses équipements. Idéal pour un séjour en famille ou en groupe à proximité de Disneyland.

Nous avons été très bien accueillie par Marcel, la chambre était propre et spacieuse, la literie est parfaite, nous venons depuis plusieurs années et nous ne sommes jamais dessus. Petit déjeuné garni et varié. Et la navette gratuite pour le parc Disney est très pratique.
