We had a fantastic stay at the Grand Magic Hotel!! It’s within 10 mins away from Disneyland Paris. The shuttle bus runs regularly. Staff were incredibly friendly and so helpful. The rooms were spotless and we had good choice for breakfast. There is even a supermarket within a walking distance. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

The grand magic hotel was the perfect stay for us. From the amazing smell you walk into in the reception area ( if you know you know) to the very attentive staff it was just amazing. |The long hall way with the light changing themes is spectacular our boys loved it.|The rooms were comfortable and spotless, they were cleaned each day of our stay and fresh towels daily.|The buffet breakfast was tasty and filled us up for a day at the parks (gets really busy between( 8.30/9.00) we ate at the hotel every evening and found it good value for money and a good variety of food. |The pool was a little cold but once you got past your shoulders you warmed up! |There was a gift shop which we would have used in the reception but wasn’t open any of the days we stayed not sure why.|There’s a free shuttle bus to take you to and from the parks but be warned it’s every man for themselves!! I think the only thing I would complain about on this review is the buses, they pick up at a number of different hotels along the way which makes no sense for the amount of people needing to get on…we took a taxi 3 times as the kids didn’t want to be squashed into other passengers (no joke it’s ridiculous and some of the people were so rude) I’m sure if they put either extra buses on or just had shuttles for each separate hotel the problem could be resolved. |Having said that I would still return and recommend this hotel we had the most amazing time and made lots of memories.

Bel hôtel mais déçu car la chambre que l'ont a eu ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos de la chambre que j'ai chosie ( c'est pourtant les photos, la disposition des lits etc qui m'ont fait choisir cet hôtel au lieu d'un autre ).

Nous avons eu froid pendant la nuit, pas de couverture en plus.. La chambre était grande et propre, la literie est bonne, la salle de bain spacieuse. Il y a une théière avec du thé . Le petit déjeuné pas terrible, pas assez approvisionné. Il fallait tjr demandé pour que l'on remette des choses. Le personnel est très gentil. La navette pour allé au parc est régulière

Youri head bar attender is the best, i have travelled to a few countries and just found the most respectful, friendly and perfect service provided by this man.
Will definitely be visiting the hotel when next i am in Paris.
