Fijn hotel! Gezellige sfeer, in de lobby en de restaurants. Heel fijn en groot buitenzwembad. Wij komen nog eens terug!

Absolutely awful – stay away
We booked two nights and ended up leaving early after a horrible experience. Paid €97 for a disgusting buffet—when I complained, staff took our plates and threw all our food away, including my children’s. Management refused responsibility and now claims I never spoke to them—basically calling me a liar.
Our room had a broken TV hanging off the wall, sticky floors, and a cheap plastic bath. Despite claiming to be family-friendly, they wouldn’t allow a buggy by the outdoor pool. Staff were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. I even asked for taxi help and only got an ignored email.
We had to book another hotel because we couldn’t stay there another night. No refund, no apology—just blame. This place is a joke. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else.

Fabulous go there you won't regret it
The decor when you first walk in and continue around the hotel is stunning.
The rooms are so clean. We had connecting rooms as we had extra family and the set up was so good.
The welcome in the room was truly top tier and made us feel very welcome
The staff were so friendly and extremely helpful and very personable.
The playroom and amusements around the hotel were great for the kids when we had quiet down moments but they still had energy.
The breakfast options were so good and fresh and the bread and pastries were fantastic. Even though a member of our group was coeliac, he felt looked after and had a great option to choose from.
The areas were constantly maintained and we appreciated the amount of planning and forethought that went into the decor and presentation of activities and room.
The shuttle outside was fantastic and the time table was perfect. Its the perfect location as its first on the collection and third on the drop off, access to disney was easier than we anticipated
We felt very safe travelling to this hotel and staying there i was truly relaxed with the children.
The indoor pool was great and really loved by the kids and adults
The views are stunning. We will definitely be returning
