Nous avons séjourné pendant 3 jours et 2 nuits dans la chambre 2098, qui s’est révélée très accueillante et spacieuse. Les services, tels que le petit-déjeuner et le restaurant où nous avons dîné deux soirs, ont pleinement répondu aux attentes d’un établissement 4 étoiles. L’emplacement est sans aucun doute l’un des points forts de l’hôtel.||Si je peux me permettre une remarque, ce qui distingue un bon établissement comme celui-ci d’un grand établissement, c’est le détail du parking payant. Je ne conteste pas le prix en soi, mais l’absence de ce service inclus, compte tenu de l’ampleur des espaces extérieurs. C’est un petit détail, mais significatif pour un hôtel qui aspire à l’excellence : ce sont ces subtilités commerciales qui font vraiment la différence.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist es leider nicht ausreichend. Die Zimmer müssen komplett saniert werden. Es sind an einigen stellen Wartungsarbeiter zu erledigen.
Das Personal ist sehr sehr nett gewesen.
Das Essen ist leider nicht empfehlenswert und zu wenig Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man mehr.

Péssimo serviço! Hotel sujo, copos e garrafas espalhadas pelo corredor e passam mais de um dia lá, limpeza do quarto não existe, somente arrumam a cama (chegaram a levar as toalhas e não deixar novas!). Pegamos um dos melhores quartos, com mais espaço, mas era tão mal feito que a tv ficava tão longe da cama que era impossível enxergar.
Serviço de quarto super limitado, funcionários que não se importam. E a alimentação é uma catástrofe! Estávamos com café da manhã incluído mas era melhor comer qualquer coisa na rua do que se arriscar no meio da multidão que se espreme no café da manhã, fora que é ruim mesmo!
Vi gente pegando pão do chão e devolvendo no Buffet. Sério, dava nojo de comer lá!
Somente a localização é boa e o hotel tem instalações bonitas que ficam bem mas fotos, mas não se deixem enganar!
Se for de carro, inclua o estacionamento na diária antecipada pois parar o carro no hotel é mais caro que parar na Disney!!

I booked at Dream Hotel Paris with my family for two nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had.||We paid €97 for a buffet that was absolutely disgusting—poor quality, limited options, and not fresh. When I politely complained, staff snatched my plate and my entire family’s food and threw it away. I was passed between the manager and reception with no help—each blaming the other. Now management claims I never spoke to anyone, essentially calling me a liar.||Our room was dirty with sticky patches on the floor and a TV literally hanging off the wall, not working at all. The hotel advertises as family-friendly, yet we weren’t allowed to bring a buggy by the outdoor pool —a nightmare when traveling with young children.||Staff were consistently rude, unhelpful, and dismissive. Even a basic request like help with a taxi was ignored—they sent one unhelpful email and then nothing. The bath was made of flimsy plastic and felt unsanitary.||We ended up leaving early and booking another hotel because the conditions and treatment were unbearable. Despite raising all of this with the hotel, they have refused any refund or accountability.||If you value your money, time, and sanity—do not stay here. This is not a 4-star experience by any standard.
Guests can enjoy beautiful views and a serene atmosphere, while still benefiting from easy access to both Disneyland Paris and the city center. The combination of tranquility, convenience, and scenic surroundings makes Dream Castle Hotel a highly recommended option for families and couples alike.
