Une veritable honte qu’un hotel 4 étoiles propose un “””spa”” d’une qualité aussi médiocre. Vestiaire extrêmement sale, piscine mal entretenue avec des règles non suivies par les touristes, le hammam et sauna sont minuscules et peu propres. Nous n’y sommes restés seulement 1h uniquement pour rentabiliser notre argent perdu.
Pareil pour le bar, les tables sont sales, pas débarrassées. Point bonus pour l’enfant qui se baigne dans la fontaine sur la terrasse.

Nous avons passé une journée en couple au spa/piscine et nous reviendrons certainement. Le lieu est tres beau à voir et il correspondait tout à fait à nos attentes et les hôtes d’accueil sont très sympathiques et à l’écoute. Concernant les piscines et le jacuzzi tout est propre et bien aménagé, mais ne comportent pas forcément la notion de détente vu qu’il y a pas mal d’enfants, ce qui n’est pas un souci mais c’est à savoir. Le hammam est le sauna étant interdits aux mineurs on y retrouve la tranquillité que nous cherchions donc très ravis.
Concernant les inconvénients, pour le déjeuner il n’y a que le bar qui est ouvert car les restaurants ouvrent à partir de 18h donc en termes de choix on est limités et c’est dommage ; de plus certaines personnes ne respectent pas toujours le règlement comme le port de chaussures interdit dans les vestiaires, d’où les 4 étoiles. Globalement nous avons été satisfaits de cette expérience.

I too was in your position. - not knowing where to stay and quite overwhelmed by the insane pricing of the Disney hotels alongside the other offers close by. So listen up. I’m no expert but I found this hotel to generally be ok. It’s a 3 day stay jammed up in a hotel room with your kids. Happy days and hopefully happy memories for them. The issue I have is that the hotel doesn’t really have well priced offers for food so what you end up having is people eating kfc and every other take away in the lobby which sort of takes away the vibe. Solution: make some other affordable options available and people will buy from your hotel. The second issue is with the shuttle to Disney. The hotel knows very well the ONLY reason people stay is for Disney. And they also have very limited shuttles which means it is a total dog show getting into the shuttles. People can’t really control themselves and it’s a true attestation to group think and mob mentality. It’s shoving and pushing and I was struck by the number of children appearing to be really frightened and upset. I spoke to the hotel manager - a young chap in his 20s and who was clearly not equipped to deal with my issue. In his mind it was the shuttle companies problem and not the hotel. His hands were tied as far as he was concerned and to be frank he was going to do nothing at all about it and he was also not going to escalate it. The hotels point of view is that they benefit from the tourism so they also can’t be bothered until their revenue is impacted. It’s quite a simple solution to install more shuttles - or to use basic maths and work out the number of shuttles needed and then pay the shuttle companies to up their game. I’m expecting some half baked response from the manger thanking me for my input - and before they do so I thank them for theirs but really until something actually happens then they must talk kak about what they have planned to do. Final verdict - probably better is stay closer tp the Disney gig or BNB it. You’ll be happier, eat healthy and also jus uber in and out. Or… you could always travel to Florida where the Disney experience in general is a bit more on point. Thank you for reading and enjoy your trip ????

Chambre propre et spacieuse, tv fixée au mur pas droite.
Piscine intérieure minimaliste, piscine extérieure fermée malgré la belle météo durant le séjour. Buffets de qualité. Personnel très professionnel.
