Was my 3rd time staying here and I was shocked to see that the hotel had went downhill a bit since then. Carpets were very grubby and dirty looking in our room and in the lobbies and the room looked a bit outdated. The shop was hardly opened in the whole time I stayed there, only got to go in once. The bar was always short staffed which resulted in long waiting times for any drinks. The food options in the hotel aren’t great at all and prices aren’t reasonable so we ended up ordering food on uber eats which I could see a lot of other guests also done. The breakfast selection was nothing special, ended up just sticking to pastries, some cereal or orange juice. The positives are that the interior in the lobby area is nice and also the outside pool and seating/garden area is nice. It’s also in a convenient area if you are going to the Disneyland parks or the train station just outside the parks that take you to Paris city or other areas.

Perfect place to stay if you have young children and are heading to Disneyland. The hotel is spotless, the staff are extremely helpful. There is a shuttle every 15 minutes to Disneyland in the mornings and evenings and every hour during the day. If you have accessibility issues this shuttle will be difficult as there is very little space on board. Breakfast has everything needed, nutella and croissants for kids and traditional french hot breakfasts and more in a buffet style. There is an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a small playground. Some advice - the hotel a la carte menu is very expensive - 21 euro for a childs meal. Either ubereats food to your hotel or head to the Super U supermarket located in the town 20 mins away walking. If we return to Disney - we will be back.

nous étions clients du spa... eu égard a la fraîcheur de l'eau de la piscine, le jacuzzi rempli d'enfants la propreté et la vétusté plus que limites des sanitaires... sans compter le hammam minuscule et complet... nous decidames rapidement de quitter les lieux pour nous rendre à la piscine extérieure de l'hôtel beaucoup plus avenante..
pour nous entendre dire que seuls les clients de l'hôtel y avaient accès.... expérience à ne pas renouveler... et la honte pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de ne pas accueillir un spa digne de son confort....
