you sent me an email with a "birthday gift" of 20 €, but at the reception you stated it wasn't you to send that voucher. The shower (room 433, the last one of the corridor) took 10 minutes to have warm water...it was cold for too long. The beds are good, but the pillows are too soft. Anyway a good stay, thanks

A notre arrivée la.chambre était glaciale. Nous avons fait une première demande mais cela n'a pas fonctionné. Ce n'est que le soir que la solution a été effective. De plus nous avons bénéficié de mauvaises informations concernant la restaurant lorsque l'on pense que le restaurant est ouvert alors qu'il est fermé pour congé annuel.

price high for a place with no restaurant which I was not informed of before booking....I would not have booked had I known....the restaurants in the area were all closed which no one on the staff seemed to know so I wasted time walking to them....I really deserve a partial refund for the food situation....the room service me u was very limited.
