The price is very high but the service is poor. Plastic room, terrible pillows. I went to the gym and it was unbearably hot. I called to change the temperature and waited an hour with no one showing up. I went up to the reception and spoke to the manager.. we went to the gym and saw that the temperature was unbearable (you can faint in that heat) but he told me that it could not be lowered because it was regulated centrally. Horrible breakfast. Not worth it.

Très bel hôtel sur l'univers Marvel. Décoration très sympa. Personnel accueillant et agréable. Très large choix de produits au petit déjeuner.

Nous avons passé deux jours inoubliables.||Nous étions venus en train et le système de collecte des bagages à notre arrivée et à notre départ est très pratique !||L'Hôtel New York est magnifique.||Nous étions au 6ème étage avec vue sur le lac (chambre 6212).||Très belle chambre. Le Personnel est très aimable et à notre écoute.||Nous recommandons aussi le restaurant Manhattan. Délicieux !||Buffet du petit-déjeuner : très complet et très bon !||Nous n'étions pas loin du tout des deux parcs.||A faire : le Parc Studio à 8h30 (1 heure avant l'ouverture au public).||Les deux parcs sont super !||Allez-y les yeux fermés (pas trop tout de même !!).
