DISNEY HOTEL NEW YORK - THE ART OF MARVEL ^{* * * *}

Visited here recently with my Wife and 2 autistic children (aged 11 and 5) for a surprise trip for her 40th, and we had a great time.

Firstly the look if the hotel from the outside is fantastic. Going through the main doors (cases are scanned by securoty guards first), you are greeted by an incredible smell which must go through the air con system, very welcoming. You then see the very modern and impressive foyer area, with all things marvel such as the art work and decor. Checked in very quickly with the very friendly and helpful reception staff who explained things in great detail. First impressions very good indeed.

We proceeded to our room via an easily accessible lift, passing through the impressive decor of the hotel. We were allocated room 1179 and were very impressed. The room was spacious with 2 x double beds, a great view and impressive extras such as an iron and ironing board and also a coffee machine and kettle. The room was perfect for a family of 4.

We had a half board eating plan and again were very impressed with the restaurants. The decor was superb and the cast members were even better. They did everything they could to ensure my daughter was kept calm as she did seem to have sensory overload. They asked if we wanted a different table, if we wanted her buggy, they just couldn't do enough. The food was also fantastic with breakfasts offering traditional English breakfast, pastries, meats, fruits, yogurts and much more. We had an evening meal which was buffet style, and this was also very good food. I mainly used the asian section which was delicious. Every night there was a kids section, pastas, salads, fish they really did have the lot.

We were blown away by the standards this hotel sets through it's cast members and sheer cleanliness of the hotel. We had such a good time, we are already planning a visit again next year. Do not hesitate if you are thinking of booking here, it really is MARVELlous.

Alle sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Erlebnis Marvel Hotel hat zwar seinen Preis man wird aber auch entsprechend umsorgt und behandelt.

Wenn man Marvel Fan ist ein absolutes muss. Das ganze Hotel ist auf Marvel aufgebaut. Hier kann man tolle Fotos als Superheld machen. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr authentisch und sehr schön! Sehr hilfsbereite Service Leute. Wenn möglich sollte man darauf achten eine pauschal Reise zu buchen da es einzeln denn schon viel Geld kosten kann. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es ist auch zu Fuß nicht weit weg vom Park. Auch die Sicherheit der Gäste wird hier groß geschrieben.

Personnel très serviable , hôtel bien décoré , oreiller un peu trop gros ce qui m'a déranger la nuit mais tout le reste était bien. Très bien mangé.

Hotel con una estupenda ubicación. Personal muy amable. Desprende arte. Es espectacular. Cuidan cada detalle. Gran número de actividades para hacer en su interior. Piscina, spa, museo de ilusiones, etc. Puedes conocer el hotel con un folleto tipo scape room donde adivinar acertijos a la vez que lo visitas. Muy recomendable.
